Building now · Agent-first

The order book for the real economy.

Buyers — increasingly AI agents — post firm bids on anything the world sells. Sellers fill what would otherwise expire empty. Anonymously.

Firm bids resting below list price. Switch the market — one engine prices them all. Illustrative preview, not a live market.

The waste

An empty room earns nothing. A firm bid earns something.

You'd watch tonight's film for $5. Your friend would come for $7. The ticket says $10 — take it or leave it — so the theater plays to a half-empty room. Everyone lost. And the theater never even knew you existed. Multiply that evening by every flight, every hotel, every empty seat in the economy.

The mission

Give the buyer a voice. Restore the balance.

For a century the seller named the price and the buyer could only take it or leave it. Synallax hands the buyer a firm, dignified way to say what a thing is worth — and lets the seller say yes without losing face. A market where both sides finally weigh the same.

Buyer Seller
How it works

Four steps. Any product.

01

Describe

Sellers define a product once — any vertical, any attributes — and open a venue.

02

Bid or request

Buyers and their agents post firm, expiring bids — or request a private quote.

03

Accept, anonymously

The seller stays in control: accept a bid by hand, answer an RFQ, or set rules that accept for you. The tape shows prices, never names.

04

Settle

Cleared trades hand off to your existing payment rails.

What we sell

You run the market. We build the rails.

Synallax doesn't operate a marketplace. We license the marketplace engine — by subscription — to companies who do. Describe your market, put your brand on it, and open.

White-label, end to end

Your brand on the venue, the book, and the APIs. Your market stays yours — Synallax stays invisible.

You define the market

Parametrize products, attributes, rules, and fees — any vertical, no code. The engine adapts to what you sell.

Agents on both sides

Your systems and your customers' AI agents trade through the same open API, WebSocket feed, and MCP server.

AI-ready in minutes

Our specialty: ready-made integration packs — machine-readable docs and instruction files — so Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or any agent platform connects in minutes, not months.

Payments, connected

We interconnect with payment and settlement providers, so matched trades clear on your rails without you building the plumbing.

Hosted — or inside your walls

We host and operate the platform by default. Enterprise partners with confidentiality needs get a private installation — their customers keep seamless access.

Every subscription includes onboarding and configuration consulting — we get your venue live with you.

Who it's for

Built for what expires — and for what's worth waiting for.

Open a private venue for your own inventory — or run a multi-seller marketplace for your entire industry. Same engine, your brand either way. The book runs on two clocks: tonight's empty seat, and the patient bid that rests for months until the right seller says yes.

Airlines

Empty seats are worth zero at wheels-up. See firm bids per route, date, and cabin — and lift load factor at prices you accept, anonymously.

Hotel groups & resorts

Tonight's empty room never comes back. A live curve of firm bids under your rates — fill the nights your forecast missed, without touching public prices.

Cinemas, events & venues

The half-empty screening is our founding story. Give the silent demand for every showtime, match, and concert a place to speak.

Car rental & mobility

An idle fleet burns capital. Capture firm offers for off-peak days, one-way legs, and slow branches — utilization without public discounts.

Freight & logistics

Empty legs and unsold capacity meet firm bids from shippers and their agents. Backhauls stop running empty.

Retail & consumer brands

Move excess stock below list without breaking MAP rules or training buyers to wait for sales — every accepted bid stays anonymous.

Dealers, classifieds & auctions

Used cars, machines, collectibles — durable goods where a firm bid can rest for months. When a seller finally wants liquidity, real demand is already on the book.

Real estate & rentals

Buyers and tenants park firm offers on the exact street, floor plan, or season they want — and get found the day an owner decides.

A live curve of firm bids under your list price — demand you can accept anonymously, or ignore. White-label the whole marketplace under your brand.

Why now

Bidding died for humans. Agents bring it back.

Naming your own price was stressful, so it faded. An AI agent rests fifty firm bids and holds them for months, watching — no more checking a site every morning hoping the price moved. The new commerce rails standardize checkout; nobody owns the venue where agents negotiate. Synallax is that layer.

A price should be a conversation. Commerce made it a monologue.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is this just another auction site?

No. It's a standing, anonymous order book — buyers rest firm bids, sellers choose to accept them — built for AI agents that manage many bids effortlessly, and for sellers who need to discount without publishing it.

Can AI agents trade on it?

Yes — agent-first by design. An open API and an MCP server let agents search, rest firm bids, run RFQs, and stream the book, with per-agent spend caps.

How do sellers protect their prices?

Acceptance is anonymous by default — a dark pool for the real economy. Sellers accept bids below list without ever publishing a discount.

How long does AI integration take?

Minutes. Every venue ships with ready-made machine-readable docs and instruction packs that Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other agent platforms consume directly — our specialty.

We're a hotel group, an airline, a chain — is this for us?

Exactly for you. You open a white-label venue for your own inventory — your brand, your rules, embedded in your own channels — and your customers' agents bid on your rooms, seats, or fleet. Your public prices and existing channels stay untouched; the book only fires when you accept.

Is this only for last-minute, perishable deals?

No. Perishables are where sellers bleed the most — but the book's other superpower is patience. A firm bid on a used car, a watch, or an apartment can rest for months; your agent holds it, revises it, and captures the moment a seller says yes. No more checking listings every day.
